My Equipment

Okay so what’s in my bag? This is the list, I generally only use Canon, it’s what i’m used to and have no plans to change any time soon. My main camera body is the Canon EOS R6, It is a delight to use and its low light capabilities are second to none it amazes me how much light it can pull out of the darkness hand held and still produce a sharp detailed image. My second body is the Canon EOS R7 with a crop sensor, its ideal for wildlife giving me that extra focal length when coupled with a telephoto lens.

Almost all of my lenses are Canon Professional L series bar the 100-400, I’ve used cheaper alternatives before but you just cannot beat the image quality and build. They are an investment and if you are still using your “kit” lens then you really are missing out as these are superb and built to last.

Must have accessories are the EF to RF adaptors so I can use EF Lenses on my latest cameras, and also 1.4x and 2x Teleconverters when I cannot get close enough.

I use the KASE Armour filter system which is one of best available today.
